The Coachella Valley runs on three seasons of spectacle: corporate retreat season, festival season, and year-round private celebrations. We produce for all three.
Desert resorts host the West Coast's incentive trips, sales kickoffs and Presidents Clubs. An evening reception under the palms deserves more than a DJ.
Every April the valley becomes the center of experiential marketing. Pool parties, hotel takeovers and brand houses need performers who deliver spectacle and stay professional in a fast production environment.
Open-air venues, evening heat and non-traditional spaces are the norm here. 13+ years of aerial and fire work means honest answers about what works where, and safe options for spaces without rig points.
Certificate of Insurance on request with venue-specific wording handled quickly. Contracts, music curation and setup logistics managed end to end.
Based in North County San Diego. The valley and Temecula are an easy reach for site walkthroughs, and travel is simple to coordinate for event day.
Good to Know
Yes. Most desert bookings are open-air, and we plan around the valley's climate: fire, LED and aerial performances are staged for the cooler evening hours as the sun sets behind the mountains, which is also when they look their best. For daytime and poolside events we set an aerial and fire program that suits the conditions and the venue. We bring a freestanding aerial rig, so an outdoor lawn, terrace or private estate with no overhead rigging points is no obstacle, and every booking starts with a complimentary rigging consultation to confirm the safest, most striking setup for your space.
We perform throughout the desert: Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and the wider Coachella Valley. We are based in San Diego, so the valley is an easy reach for site walkthroughs and event day, and travel is simple to coordinate.
Festival season each April and the peak fall and winter gala calendar are the busiest dates in the valley, so we suggest reserving two to six months ahead when your date falls in those windows. Shorter timelines are frequently possible, so send your date either way and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.
Yes. Sutra Productions is fully insured and we provide a Certificate of Insurance, including additional-insured wording, before your resort or venue asks. Note any specific coverage requirements in your inquiry and we will have the paperwork over quickly.
