Inquiries and bookings

An inquiry, quote request or website submission does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Your accepted proposal and performance agreement set the scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms and venue requirements for an engagement. Those agreed terms control if they differ from general website information.

Artists and the portal

An artist application does not guarantee roster membership or work. Each engagement is agreed separately. Keep your contact and professional information current, protect your portal access, and submit only information and media you are authorized to provide. SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of applying, joining the roster or accepting work.

SMS Terms

Sutra Productions offers optional booking/event updates and artist/gig updates through separate opt-in choices. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or work. The full SMS Terms describe the program, support, carrier delivery limitations and how to restart a previously chosen program. Review our Privacy Policy and manage text preferences.

Website content and responsible use

Site text, imagery and media belong to their respective owners. Do not copy, misuse or distribute them without permission. Do not interfere with the site, impersonate another person, submit false contact details, or use forms for unsolicited advertising. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
