This policy explains how AJKA CRYSTAL, operating as Sutra Productions, handles information on sutraproductions.com and in its booking, artist and messaging services. Updated October 20, 2026.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us through inquiries, artist applications, bookings, the artist portal and text preferences. This can include your name, email, phone number, event details, professional information and messages. Artist payment and tax information is restricted to the studio's authorized operations. Payment providers process payment information through their own systems.

Our site may also record technical information such as page requests, referral information, browser details and security signals. Essential cookies or local storage support signed-in sessions and site operation. Embedded media and other connected services may process technical information under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use information to answer inquiries, arrange performances, evaluate artist applications, coordinate gigs, manage payments and records, provide support, protect our services and send the updates you choose. Artist publicity uses the professional information and media provided for that purpose.

When the business owner separately chooses internal booking alerts, submitted inquiry details may be delivered to that owner through our text service provider. Long submissions remain available in the protected Studio Inbox. A visitor’s own optional SMS choice controls texts to that visitor.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other categories of data sharing and will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We use your mobile number only for the Sutra Productions text purposes you expressly select. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, applying or receiving work.

We retain the chosen purpose, phone number, date and time, source page, exact disclosure and version, and relevant browser, network-prefix and time-zone evidence. This lets us demonstrate what you agreed to and honour opt-outs. A saved contact number, past booking or artist roster entry is not SMS consent.

Service providers and permitted disclosures

Providers that host our site, deliver email or texts, process payments, and help run bookings may process information only as needed to provide those services on our behalf. This operational processing does not permit them to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and security of the studio and its users. These general disclosures do not authorize sharing SMS consent for marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while needed to operate the studio, fulfil bookings, maintain business records, demonstrate consent and honour suppression requests. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some business or consent records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Use text preferences to choose a program, or the artist portal to manage gig texts. Reply STOP to the sending number to stop all program texts. You can continue to book or work with us without SMS.
