Owner booking alert texts

This page documents the separate optional owner-alert choice inside Sutra Productions’ private Studio. It does not enroll anyone or mean that sending is active.

How the recipient chooses

1. The designated recipient signs in to the Studio Inbox using their own authorized Google owner account.
2. Open Business texts → Eszter’s new booking alerts. A new subscriber’s box starts unchecked. Other operators cannot save this choice for the recipient.
3. Read the disclosure and direct Privacy/SMS Terms links. Select the optional choice and Save my preference, or leave it off. Saving does not send a text.

Exact disclosure

I agree to receive recurring internal booking inquiry alerts from Sutra Productions at (760) 529-6694, including nights and weekends, as new requests arrive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. This is optional; email and the Studio Inbox continue without texts.

What an alert contains

Immediate internal notifications about legitimate new booking requests, including submitted contact, event, date, venue, source and message details. Long requests clearly continue in the protected full-inquiry link. Alerts may arrive at night or on weekends under the recipient’s chosen 24-hour preference. A notification does not create or confirm a booking.

Independent choices

Customers and artists keep their own separate optional text choices. Declining customer texts does not control the business owner’s internal alert preference. STOP cancels every Sutra text purpose for that phone; START only restores previously chosen purposes. Email and the protected Inbox remain available.

Owner-alert sending remains paused pending provider scope review, scoped connection qualification and a consented delivery/opt-out pilot. No owner preference is created by publishing this page.
